We believe care should be accessible, dignified, and sustainable—for the people receiving it and the people providing it. Sweet Cheeks Doulas offers services through a sliding-scale, insurance-informed, and phased-care model. Pricing may vary depending on the type of support, length of care, and current funding availability.

    • We accept Michigan Medicaid for eligible doula services when available

    • We offer sliding-scale options for uninsured or underinsured clients

    • We reserve limited reduced-cost and community-supported spots when funding allows

    • We are transparent about pricing before care begins—no surprises, no pressure

    • You will never be asked to “prove” your need to receive care

    • We don’t require payment to be discussed in moments of crisis

    • We don’t guilt or shame people around finances

    • We don’t expect providers to work for free or survivors to overextend themselves

If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out anyway. Our team can talk through options, coverage, and referrals—at your pace, with care. Care is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is access.
