Our Programs

Sweet Cheeks Doulas provides survivor-centered, trauma-informed care for people navigating pregnancy, parenting, loss, and healing—alongside education and advocacy rooted in dignity, autonomy, and community care. Our work exists at the intersection of reproductive justice, birth support, and survivor advocacy. We support people not just through major life moments, but through the emotional, physical, and systemic realities that surround them.

Bread & Butter

Body Literacy, Sexuality, & Reproductive Justice—-Survivor-Centered Always, Bread & Butter is Sweet Cheeks Doulas’ signature education program focused on sexual health, reproductive health, and body literacy for survivors, youth, adults, caregivers, and community members. We teach the things many people were never taught—or were taught through fear and shame. This program centers consent, autonomy, pleasure, and healing, offering education that is accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed. Bread & Butter is a space to come home to your body and reclaim knowledge that was always yours.

Nurture & Knead

Nurturing Growth from the Start. Nurture & Knead is our trauma-informed parenting support program for survivors and caregivers. This program recognizes that many parents are raising children while still tending to their own healing, and that support should meet both realities. Through groups, workshops, and embodied practices, Nurture & Knead focuses on nervous system regulation, breaking cycles with compassion, attachment, repair, and building emotionally safe homes.

Sweet Cheeks Eats (Coming Soon!)

Nourishing Bodies, Supporting Recovery. Sweet Cheeks Eats is our nourishment arm rooted in comfort, culture, and community. Something Sweet (Coming Soon!)

Survivor Advocacy, MutuaLAid, & Community Care. Something Sweet is Sweet Cheeks’ advocacy and mutual aid arm, created to meet immediate needs while working toward long-term liberation.
